We currently deliver within Australia only.

Complimentary Australian Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders within Australia.

All orders are sent using a secure, tracked delivery service, with additional insurance arranged for higher-value purchases where required.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

For the security of your jewellery, a signature may be required upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.

Dispatch

We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as promptly as possible.

If your piece requires resizing or other agreed work prior to dispatch, additional time may be required. We will keep you informed of the expected timeframe.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to advise on expected dispatch and delivery.

The safe arrival of your jewellery is important to us. Higher-value purchases are sent with additional insurance, and we select the most appropriate delivery service based on the value and requirements of each order.
